Really happy with our experience working with Infinium Solar. The whole process took a while (mostly waiting on PG&E), but the Infinium team was supportive and responsive the entire time. Dai was especially helpful—he answered all our questions, stayed on top of everything, and helped us work around a tricky situation. We had a very old electrical panel and only 100A service, and PG&E didn’t allow a service upgrade. Infinium recommended installing a SPAN panel, which turned out to be the perfect solution. It gave us the flexibility we needed without having to fight PG&E. Also want to thank Jerome Fortunado for making sure we had all the final documents and wrapping things up smoothly. We’re excited to finally have our system up and running. Would definitely recommend Infinium to others!

Infinium installed a new solar system with batteries on my house about a year ago. The entire process went very smoothly, except for the city inspector, which had nothing to do with Infinium. Recently, I was having trouble connecting my system with the internet, which I count on to monitor the system. Infinium customer support got right on the problem when I contacted them. After some troubleshooting, it turned out the problem was I inadvertently blocked the system to access my WiFi. I have been very pleased with the system and the customer support. I highly recommend Infinium.

After I bought and transferred service, Infinium continued to help with my system—mainly with the portal and a few times with the battery. She was very clear, patient, and kind while she explained to me how to navigate one of the primary apps I'll be using with my new solar panels and battery backup system. Now that my installation is complete and operational, I wanted to add to my review. I highly recommend Infinium Solar to anyone who is considering having solar panels and batteries installed. Infinium has a very professional team, beginning with Jacob Sleep, Energy Consultant, who met with me at my home at the beginning and end of the project, evaluated my energy needs, provided me with different proposals to meet those needs, gave me clear timelines for all stages of the process, and answered all of my questions before we went into contract. Ernesto, who led a highly skilled installation team, was very easy to work with. His team worked efficiently and cleaned up completely when they were done. As I have already mentioned, Technical Support Rep, Jiel Justo, was extremely helpful. The rest of the team at Infinium was always available to answer any questions along the way and also work with the city regarding the permit process. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Infinium Solar.

We have contacted about 4 solar companies before we chose Infinium Solar. Firstly, we were visited by Mr. Jacob Sleep, one of the company's sales reps. He gave a great presentation and answered a few of our questions and concerns. He recommended Franklin System to us rather than most homeowners who pick the Tesla system, although it's cheaper. We were told the Franklin solar panel is stand-alone and can be monitored, repaired, or replaced individually. Also, the Franklin backup material is more superior than Tesla and less liable to explode or catch fire like earlier batteries in the charging process. We are assigned to a Sr. Project Manager, Ms. Amy Posas, who was our go-to person for any question or concern. She helped us a lot in every aspect of the installation, schedules, and documents for the rebate during the tax season. Infinium Solar handled the permits with the City of Fremont and other paperwork. Altogether the installation was completed in 5 to 7 weeks. The installers, solar panels, and electrical work were done very professionally. They also walked through with the City's inspector to see that the work passed the City's requirements. Currently working with AT from Infinium Solar, who did an on-site visit and generated a proposal for a solar panel system plus batteries. Great response and inputs from AT so far. AT pretty much knows what I want or need. There are many options. AT’s knowledge of current city building codes, specifically Title 24 Energy, is very helpful too. Initial on-phone screening was done by Angelo who was very helpful. Follow-up by Alvin to make sure that my needs are being fulfilled by the team was appreciated as well.

I was first introduced to Infinium at the Santa Clara County Home show. I had started researching solar companies about a month before and had signed a contract with another company. I had felt a lot of pressure from the salesperson and was really feeling uncomfortable. We met Tavee at the home show and his knowledge was unmistakable. He was unlike any of the salespeople we met before. After he came by, we were immediately convinced we made a mistake and canceled with the other company and hired Infinium. The service from Infinium has been outstanding. Dai was amazing as the project manager, and our installers Ennar and Dillon were awesome! They explained everything they were doing thoroughly, kept everything clean, and were completed in only 2 days! I was shocked by this. The whole project from start to finish was 1 month, and most of that was waiting for the city. I highly recommend Infinium Solar for your solar project.
