I've been working with this company for a while on a complicated residential install with brand new equipment. Every team member there wants to make sure I'm 100% satisfied with my system I purchased. 10kW PV + 30kW battery storage, roof redone. Whole home backup system I wanted really the whole home, so full electrical rework and they were nice enough to get every feature I wanted (local system monitoring) and every person took time out of their day to explain what they were doing and allowed me to tweak anything I saw I didn't like. Absolutely zero compromises went into this job. Thank you all. After install their tech support also did a great job making sure that any odd system behavior was remedied. We noticed some firmware updates were not applied, and we got those taken care of right away. Thanks Jiel :)

Upgrading our solar system was a big decision, and we’re glad we chose Infinium Solar. From sales to installation to support, their team went above and beyond. Nicholas Borghi guided us patiently through the sales process—no pressure, just helpful answers. He also secured a battery upgrade and made sure we weren’t billed during unexpected supplier delays. Dai Danh, our project manager, kept things organized and made sure we didn’t make final payments until everything was fully installed and working properly. The install team—Ennar, Dilan, Ryan, Dimitry, and Theo—were professional and efficient. They worked around my remote work schedule and even came out just before a planned power outage to fix some issues and get the battery online in time. Jiel Justo, our customer support lead, was a standout. From the moment the system went live, she proactively monitored its performance, identified issues before we did, and coordinated with the team to resolve them quickly. When our system temporarily stopped producing solar, she handled all the logistics to get it back online—and when we were facing a neighborhood blackout, she arranged a same-day technician visit to ensure our battery backup was functioning. Her follow-through, communication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made a stressful process much smoother. There were a few hiccups, as with any big installation, but Infinium handled them with integrity and care. We’re very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend them.

Infinium installed a 16-panel system with Enphase inverters on our flat foam roof and was able to coordinate the installation and sealing of roof mounts with our roofing company (Abril). Nicholas came to my house to discuss options and provided me with a quote that was very competitive with others I had gotten and reassured me that Infinium had experience working on foam roofs. Carlos came out to do a site survey and also returned a few times later after the installation to fix a wiring problem. Soroosh did a great job designing the system and made some adjustments to the support heights after I expressed some concern about them being too short. Dai, Tavee, and Nil were very helpful in resolving some issues which came up and providing updates on the process. There were a few technical issues but Jiel was very helpful with each one and they were quickly resolved. While the installation didn't go perfectly smoothly, I was very happy with how quickly Infinium responded whenever there was a problem and I'm happy with the final result.

What stands out for me working with Infinium was the level of service throughout the process. I appreciated how Nicholas Borghi (Energy Specialist) took his time, made multiple visits to our home, and really explained the technical details of the solar project. Then when it moved to the actual permitting and implementation phase, we worked with Dai Danh, who was really responsive and helpful too. Even months after our project finished, Dai was quick to reply to my request for tax rebate information, doing so right away. Whenever we had questions or asked for something to be done, the team at Infinium showed up.

Terrific experience overall. Infinium took care of everything from start to finish: panels, Powerwall, permits, PG&E, etc. Easy. Very professional, took good care of our property/roof/etc—even the little details like using ladder guards to prevent scratches. Mike, our consultant, came out several times throughout the project to ensure we had the right system to get our electricity bill close to zero. He dealt with any surprises nicely. Everyone was super friendly and responsive. System has been running for a couple of months and we are thrilled.

I have wanted to get solar panels for a long time, and we finally did it. I had several companies make bids, and I was interested in the Tesla panels until I was approached by Infinium Solar, Inc. and got some information about Tesla panels catching on fire. I guess I needed to do my research, and I am glad that I was informed before I made a hasty decision. I worked with Dao, Dai, and Soroosh. Dao was the initial contact, and she made me feel very comfortable! She is the one who convinced me to go with this company, and she was very informative! It was also good since this company was local. I signed the contract around early April. There were a lot of customers trying to secure the NEM deadline. So despite signing up for panels in early April, my actual panels and battery were not installed until October. Still, Soroosh was very good about communication when I reached out to find out the status of when my panels would be installed. I felt that he was very professional and was honest about the long wait due to all the clients trying to secure the NEM deadline. All in all, I am very happy with the panels and the battery! I have not seen a difference in my bill yet, but I hope to see it in the future cycles. The staff worked really hard to get me the NEM within the deadline, and I was able to make the cut. Thank you to the staff at Infinium! I really am happy, but I gave the company one less star due to the long period of time before the installation. However, this couldn't be helped due to many projects occurring. I would highly recommend Infinium Solar, Inc!

I reviewed over 10 different solar installers before settling on Infinium. The level of technical knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness was exceptional and the cost was significantly below the next bid. Our home was built with solar panel mounts and cable routing a few years ago; however, we waited until this year to have hardware installed. Every other company wanted to use their own mounts. Only Infinium was flexible enough to use our existing stanchions. When it came to laying out the system, I was extremely impressed with how effortlessly our PM (Dai Danh) was able to instantly picture the design. I have already recommended them to a neighbor, who is also going with Infinium. An A+ provider!

We had a great experience with solar panel + battery installation with Infinium Solar. The staff, starting from quote to proposal to installation and permit, was very friendly and very responsive to all questions. Tavee, Soroosh, and Dai were great to work with. The detailed analysis on different proposals made it very easy to make a selection. The whole process was very quick and very smooth. The whole installation took only a day, and the panels were generating usable power the same day. The system has been running great with good visibility into solar production via the Enphase app, that Infinium helped set up. Would highly recommend Infinium for solar installation.
